Terms and Conditions of Participation

The following conditions of participation apply to participation in the competition, which is possible from 02.12.2020 to 24.12.2020, 23:59 hrs German time via the organiser's website (losfuerlesbos.com).

  2. Participation in the competition is free of charge A possible donation by the participant does not affect his chances of winning in any way.
  3. Persons under 18 years of age are excluded from participation.
  4. Any natural person who fulfils the above-mentioned conditions is entitled to participate in the competition in the space provided for this purpose on the organiser's website by providing their full first name and surname and their e-mail address. The participant undertakes to provide only his/her own name and e-mail address. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the data provided.
  5. Each person is entitled to take part in the competition up to a maximum of 5 times with regard to each prize object - for himself or to give any prize resulting from participation to another person. Any participation beyond this is not permitted.
  6. The winners will be drawn from among the entries received in good time, with no recourse to legal action. The organiser is entitled to exclude participants from the raffle if they violate the conditions of participation. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn.
  7. the winners will be informed of their prize by e-mail within 14 working days of the expiry of the participation period and will be requested with the prize notification to provide the winner's address required for sending the prize within 14 days. If the winner does not reply in time, the prize in question will be raffled again.
  8. The Organiser will publish the names of the winners on its websites https://losfuerlesbos.com and https://civilfleet.org as well as in its associated social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook) no later than 2 months after expiry of the participation period. Furthermore, all prominent supporters of the Promotion are entitled to publish the names of the winners. If the winners do not wish their full name to be published, they must inform the organiser when submitting their address. In this case, only an anonymous form of the name will be published (first name and place of residence).
  9. The exact description of the prizes can be found on the website of the organiser. A cash payment is excluded.
  10. Before participation, these conditions of participation can be changed at any time and the competition can be terminated.
  11. Legal recourse is excluded; the rights of the participants stated in the data protection declaration remain unaffected.

DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION

We process personal data of the participants in the competition in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations, insofar as the processing is necessary for the provision, implementation and handling of the competition.

Participants' data will only be transferred to other parties if this is necessary for the execution of the competition (e.g. for the purpose of sending the prizes) or if a participant has consented to the transfer. Within the scope of the competition, we will inform the participants which of their data is required for participation.

The participants' data will be deleted as soon as the competition or contest is over and the data is no longer required to inform the winners or because further inquiries about the competition can be expected. In principle, the participants' data will be deleted at the latest six months after the end of the competition. The winners' data may be stored for longer, e.g. in the form of reports on the competition in online and offline media.

If data has also been collected for other purposes in the course of the competition, its processing and the duration of storage shall be governed by the data protection information on this use (e.g. in the case of registration for the newsletter in the course of a competition).

The participant has the right to request information free of charge about the personal data stored about him/her (Art. 15 GDPR). The participant also has the right to demand correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of his or her personal data (Art. 16-18 GDPR) and the right to receive relevant data in a structured, common and machine-readable format (right to data transferability, Art. 20 GDPR). The subscriber can object at any time to data processing that is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Civilfleet or a third party or that is carried out for the purpose of direct marketing, within the framework of the legal provisions (Art. 21 GDPR). The participant can send corresponding requests to the above address or to kontakt@civilfleet.org. If the Subscriber considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her by Civilfleet is contrary to relevant legal provisions, he/she may also contact a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where he/she resides or where the alleged infringement is committed.
